2 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 eggs, beaten
12 cup(s) water
1 pkg acini de pepe pasta
3 cans, mandarin oranges, drained
2 cans, pineapple chunks, drained
16 ounce(s) cool whip
2 tablespoon(s) flour
1 3/4 cup(s) pineapple juice
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 tablespoon(s) oil
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup(s) coconut
1 cup(s) mini marshmallows

Frog eye Salad - Grandma Hardy Directions

  1. Combine sugar, flour and 1/2 tsp salt. Gradually stir in pinepple juice and eggs. Cook over moderate heat stirring until thickened. Add lemon juice. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Bring water, remaining salt, and oil to a boil. Add Acini de pepe pasta. Cook at rolling boil til done. Drain, rinse with water, drain and cool.
  3. combine egg mixture and pasta, mix lightly but thoroughly. Refridgerate overnight in airtight container.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate until chilled.
