3 pound(s) Chicken wings
3 eggs
6 ounce(s) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoon(s) water
1 cup(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) melted butter
1/2 cup(s) pecans, chopped
2 cup(s) catsuo
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
2 tablespoon(s) hot sauce hot pepper sauce

Orange - Pecans Hot Wings - Grandma Hardy Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, juice concentrate and water.
  2. In plastic bag combine flour and nuts. Dip wings in egg mixture, then toss in glour mixture.
  3. Pour butter into a 15x10 baking dish. Arrange wings in a single layer in pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes.
  4. For sauce combine: catsup, brown sugar and hot sauce. Spoon half over the wings, turn over and top with remaining sauce. Bake 30 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.
