12 large wings
1 beaten egg
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
2 tablespoon(s) corn starch
1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) vinegar
6 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 chicken boullion cube

Japanese Chicken Wings - Grandma Hardy Directions

  1. Sprinkle winge with garlic powder. Let stand 30 minutes. Roll in egg and cornstarch. Brown in oil
  2. Place in 9x13 pan
  3. For sauce, combine sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, 1 tsp garlic powder and boullion, bring to a boil in saucepan, pour sauce over chicken wings and bake at 350 for 1 hour, stirring once
  4. Serve with noodles or rice
