1 beaten egg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
2 tablespoon(s) corn starch |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) vinegar |
6 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1 chicken boullion cube |
Japanese Chicken Wings - Grandma Hardy Directions
- Sprinkle winge with garlic powder. Let stand 30 minutes. Roll in egg and cornstarch. Brown in oil
- Place in 9x13 pan
- For sauce, combine sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, 1 tsp garlic powder and boullion, bring to a boil in saucepan, pour sauce over chicken wings and bake at 350 for 1 hour, stirring once
- Serve with noodles or rice
