2 teaspoon(s) prepared mild mustard
2 cup(s) cider vinegar
1/2 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) salt
1 tablespoon(s) celery seed
1 tablespoon(s) mustard seed
6 whole cloves
2 large onions, sliced
12 hard boiled eggs

Pickled Eggs Directions

  1. In a saucepan, blend mustard with a little vinegar, add remaining vinegar, water and next 5 ingredients. Cover, heat to boiling, simmer 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Pour over onions and eggs, Cover, refrigerate overnight
  3. Serve on relish tray or as a salad
