8 ounce(s) blue cheese |
1/4 pound(s) margarine |
2 1/2 ounce(s) can, chopped or sliced ripe olives |
1 tablespoon(s) chives |
1 cup(s) nuts |
Olive nut cheese ball Directions
- In large bowl, blend softened cheeses and margarine. Mix well.
- Add well drained olives, chives, and about 1/4 of the nuts.
- chill thoroughly overnight.
- Form cold mixture into a ball, then roll in remaining nuts.
- Serve as a spread for nuts.
- This will yield 30 to 40 servings, it will also divide into 2 cheese balls for gift giving
