8 ounce(s) cream cheese
8 ounce(s) blue cheese
1/4 pound(s) margarine
2 1/2 ounce(s) can, chopped or sliced ripe olives
1 tablespoon(s) chives
1 cup(s) nuts

Olive nut cheese ball Directions

  1. In large bowl, blend softened cheeses and margarine. Mix well.
  2. Add well drained olives, chives, and about 1/4 of the nuts.
  3. chill thoroughly overnight.
  4. Form cold mixture into a ball, then roll in remaining nuts.
  5. Serve as a spread for nuts.
  6. This will yield 30 to 40 servings, it will also divide into 2 cheese balls for gift giving
