Zucchini and Sausage Casserole - Barry's
My brother in law used to make this for his firehouse, now he has introduced it to us and we really like it.

7 small zucchini |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 pound(s) pkg italian sausage links, sliced |
1/4 cup(s) chopped fresh oregano |
1/2 teaspoon(s) chopped garlic |
1 lag jar bertoli tomato and basil sauce |
12 ounce(s) pkg italian blend shredded cheese |
Zucchini and Sausage Casserole - Barry's Directions
- layer zucchini, sausage and onion until you've used it up.
- Mix spices and sauce and pour over top, top with cheese
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- You can use chicken sausage or anything that tastes good to you. If after baking there is some grease on the top, blot it off with a paper towel.
- This will fill a 9x13 baking pan
