Hot Chocolate Mix - Ann Hardys
We served this hot chocolate at Emma's wedding in a 42 cup coffee server. It stayed hot and turned out perfectly. Add some donut holes and we had happy guests.

| 22 ounce(s) powdered creamer |
| 1 pound(s) powedered sugar |
| 2 pound(s) instant cocoa mix |
Hot Chocolate Mix - Ann Hardys Directions
- Mix together and store in a dry place.
- When ready to drink Mix 1/2 cup mix to about 1 cup hot water.
- At the wedding we used 1 gallon of water to about 6 cups mix.
- If you like more chocolate, adjust as wanted.
- The instant cocoa mix can be anything you like or a combination of flavors. We really like a dark chocolate and a hazelnut mix, but we have also mixed in some mint.
- We also really like a stronger chocolate flavor so we add additional cocoa mix by about half.
