15 ounce(s) jar processed cheese sauce, such as cheez wiz |

Scalloped Cabbage Directions
- Preheat oven to 350, grease 9x9 baking dish
- Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. slice the cabbage into 4 to 6 wedges. Remove the hardest part of the core but leave the wedges connected
- Place wedges into boiling water for 1 to 2 min, drain very well then arrange in baking dish
- In skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour and cook for one minute. Whisk in the milk, add salt and pepper to taste, cook until it begins to thicken.
- Turn off heat, add pepper jack and processed cheese, stir
