Coca Cola Cake Directions
- In a saucepan mix butter, 1/4 C cocoa powder, 1 C coke and buttermilk over medium heat stir this up good until it boils and take it off the heat
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, pour into the saucepan and whisk well
- Add eggs and vanilla, whisk well
- Put in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam, bake ir for 30 min
- Frosting
- Mix softened butter, 1/4 C cocoa and 1/2 coke, bring to a boil
- Once it boils, remove and slowly stir in powdered sugar until it's nice and smooth
