This is so rich and good. 1 cookie will easily treat 4 people. It's best eaten warm!
My daughter in law introduced these to us and used the left overs to make a giant ice cream sandwich......soooooooo yummy!!

12 tablespoon(s) butter, melted and cooled until just warm |

1 lg egg plus 1 egg yolk |

8 graham cracker squares |
8 squares herseys chocoate bars |
8 full size marshmellows cut in half length wise |
Giant S'mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies Directions
- To make cookie dough: Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl, set aside.
- Mix butter and sugars until completely combined. Beat in the egg and yolk and vanilla until combined.
- Add dry ingredients and beat until just combined - the batter should look a little lumpy. Stir in chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. line two baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with pam
- To assemble and bake: place 4 graham cracker squares out, top with a square of chocolate bar, top
