Honey Teriyaki Chicken over Noodles

1 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
2 cup(s) chicken broth
1 cup(s) flour
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cup(s) oil for frying
2 pound(s) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 pound(s) egg noodles
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 cL eggs, beaten
1/3 cup(s) honey
1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
2 eggs, beaten

Honey Teriyaki Chicken over Noodles Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 2 inch squares, larger or smaller depending on your taste, you'll just have to adjust cooking times a bit.
  2. Mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs, add just a little bit of water.
  3. Dip chicken into eggs, then the flour.
  4. Heat oil in a wide frying pan. I use a cast iron pan, it gets hot and heats evenly. Test if oil is up to frying temperature by dropping a pinch of flour into the oil. The flour should sizzle and float to the top. When oil is hot, fry the chicken in
