| 2 pound(s) ground beef | 
| 2 cup(s) bread crumbs | 
| 2 eggs | 
| 1/2 onion, chopped | 
| 2 tablespoon(s) parsley | 
| 2 teaspoon(s) salt | 
| 2 tablespoon(s) butter | 
| 10 ounce(s) thick jam, like apricot | 
| 1/2 cup(s) bbq sauce | 
Sweet and Sour Meatballs Directions
- Combine beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, parsley and salt. Roll into bite size meatballs. Brown in butter on all sides in small batches. Then place in a 9x13 baking pan
- Combine over low heat jam and bbq sauce until jam is melted. Pour over meatballs and bake on 350 for about 30 minutes.
- I often make a little more sauce than the recipe calls for and thin it out with a little water or broth, then serve the whole thing over noodles after baking
