1 Pkg or 1 lb linguine or spaghetti |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
4 eggs, well beaten |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh chopped parshley, optional |
1 pound(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Bacon and Egg Spaghetti or Linguine Carbonara Directions
- Bring to a boil 4 quarts of water, add about a tablespoon of salt and toss in the pasta. Cook according to package directions, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes if using fresh pasta, about 10 minutes if using dried pasta.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Keep warm
