| 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened |
| 12 ounce(s) sour cream |
| 2 cup(s) or 8oz shredded cheddar cheese |
| 3/4 pound(s) bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled |
| 1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped |
Warm Bacon Cheese Spread - Christie's Directions
- If you choose to serve this in a bread bowl, cut off the top 1/4 of the loaf and carefully hollow out the rest leaving a 1 inch shell. Cut up the removed bread and top and cut into cubes and this can be used to dunk into the spread.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, add the sour cream, cheddar cheese and the Worcestershire sauce until combined. Stir in bacon and onions.
- At this point you can spoon it into the bread bowl, wrap the whole thing in foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour or until
