4 cup(s) shredded cheese |
1 pound(s) sausage, cooked |
1 med green pepper, chopped |
1 med red pepper, chopped |
1 med onion, chopped |
1 jar, pizza sauce |
60 egg roll wrappers, won ton skins |
Pizza Rolls Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together but the wrappers. Add just enough of the pizza sauce to moisten the mixture.
- Fill wrappers with 1 - 2 tsp of mixture as roll as you would an eggroll. Moisten the end with a bit of water on your finger to seal it up
- Fry in vegetable oil about 1 inch deep until golden.
- Best served warm or room temperature, great for parties!
