4 cup(s) warm milk
3 tablespoon(s) yeast
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) butter or margarine
10 cup(s) flour

Dinner Rolls - Loys Directions

  1. In a large bowl or better yet a Bosch mixer, combine milk, yeast, sugar and about 4 cups of flour to make a sponge. Let the mix sit about 5 minutes, you should be able to see small bubbles rising to the surface.
  2. Add eggs, melted butter and salt, mix well. Add enough flour to make a mildly sticky dough, that may be more or less than the 10 cup total.
  3. Roll out dough onto counter to about 1/3 of an inch thick, cut into circles. Brush 1/2 of each circle with butter and fold over, tucking a small
