2 onions, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |

Split Pea Pate Directions
- Cover peas with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 35 minutes. Drain
- Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add to peas with spices and cook for 10 minutes more, stirring constantly and mashing peas as you go.
- Place mixture in a breac tin to mold, cover with platic wrap and cool.
- When ready to serve, serve with crackers
