| 1 pound(s) cooked and drained red beans |
| 1 onion, chopped |
| 3 cloves garlic, crushed |
| 1 pound(s) ground beef |
| 2 cans, stewed tomatos |
| 3 celery stalks, chopped |
| 1 can diced green chilies |
Mexican Style chili Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in a little oil. When translucent add beef and brown. Drain grease, place beef in a large kettle and add tomatos, beans, celery, chilies and salt and spices to your taste. Mix well and cook for 2 hours over low to medium low heat.
- This is a great recipe to add your leftover meatloaf to or your leftover pork roast. You can also add a jar of salsa or even some chili sauce
