Sprouts Directions
- Sprouts can be made from almost any legumes, try pinot beans, red beans, white beans and lentils
- Soak legumes in warm water overnight. The next day drain legumes and put in a glass container large enough that legumes are in a thin layer.
- Cover tightly with cheesecloth or nylon mesh. Place container in a warm and dark place and keep there for 4 days, rinsing legumes with warm water three times a day. Keep them moist but not wet.
