2 cup(s) warm water

Sprouts Directions

  1. Sprouts can be made from almost any legumes, try pinot beans, red beans, white beans and lentils
  2. Soak legumes in warm water overnight. The next day drain legumes and put in a glass container large enough that legumes are in a thin layer.
  3. Cover tightly with cheesecloth or nylon mesh. Place container in a warm and dark place and keep there for 4 days, rinsing legumes with warm water three times a day. Keep them moist but not wet.
