New York Crumb Cake Directions
- Place rack in the center of the oven, and heat to 325 degrees. lightly brush 9x1392 pan with oil or butter, dust with flout and set aside.
- In a bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt, set aside. In a secon bowl, whisk together egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan, set aside.
- In bowl, comvine remaining 2 1/2 cups flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour melted butter over flour mixture and toss
