2 tablespoon(s) half and half |
1/4 cup(s) softened butter |
15 ounce(s) pkg, white creamy frosting mix |
1 teaspoon(s) peppermint extract |
Cream Cheese Mints Directions
- Combine cream cheese, half and half and butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Stir over low heat until cheese mixture is soft and creamy and butter is melted.
- Blend in the frosting mix and stir to blend well. Add peppermint extract and food coloring of your choice. You can use all one color or divide the mix up to make 2 or 3 colors.
- Roll into balls or drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Press with ford, or stamp with cookie stamp to make designs, if desired.
- Let mints
