8 1/4 ounce(s) can crushed pineapple
1 white cake mix
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
11 ounce(s) can, mandarin oranges
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
3 tablespoon(s) reserved pineapple juice

Orange Pineapple Cake Directions

  1. heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 12 cup tube pan.
  2. Reserve 3 Tbsp of pinapple juice for glaze.
  3. In large bowl, combine remaining pineapple and juice, with cake mix, cinnamon, oranges and eggs. Stir at low speed until moistened and mixed. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 25 minutes then invert onto plate. cool completely
  5. In small bowl mix powdered sugar and reserved juice until smooth and spoon over cake
