Turtle Cookies - Grandma Hardy Directions
- Melt butter and chocolate, add sugar, eggs and the rest of the ingredients, beating well after each addition.
- Heat waffle iron and cook according to iron directions
- Cool and frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
- If you dont have unsweetened baking chocolate squares you can substitute 9 tblsp baking cocoa and 1 tblsp oil and proceed as normal
