2/3 cup(s) pumpkin |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice |
3/4 cup(s) flour |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
2 teaspoon(s) butter, softened |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 cup(s) powdered sugar |
Pumpkin Rolls Directions
- Beat eggs in mixer for 5 minutes, slowly add sugar. Scrap down sides of bowl, add pumpkin, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice and flour. Scrap down sides again and mix well.
- Pour batter onto greased cookies sheet that has been covered with wax paper, batter should be spread on wax paper. Spread evenly
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Coat a tea towel with powdered sugar, flip cake onto towel, peel off wax paper. Roll narrow end of cake up in towel, let set for 10 minutes, then unroll and reroll
