Technically its a cake, but its also a great breakfast treat! Wonderful, easy cake!

| 1 yellow cake mix |
| 3 eggs |
| 1 can applesauce |
| 1/3 cup(s) sugar |
| 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
Applesauce Cake Directions
- Butter a tube pan well. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it in the tube pan to cover the butter. Dump excess back into bowl
- Mix cake mix, eggs and applesauce well. Pour into pan, top with more cinnamon sugar mixture
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, invert onto plate and cool
