Pineapple Cheesecake Tart - Geniel's Directions
- Mix butter and flour. Pat into bottom of 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
- In bowl mix, cream cheese, cool whip and 1 cup powdered sugar, spread evenly on crust
- In medium saucepan mix undrained pineapple, 1 cup powdered sugar, corn starch and cook over medium heat until thick and glossy. Cool, Spread over cream cheese mixture.
- Chill at least 2 hours, store in fridge
