1 cup(s) butter
2 cup(s) flour
16 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
12 ounce(s) cool whip
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
2 tablespoon(s) corn starch

Pineapple Cheesecake Tart - Geniel's Directions

  1. Mix butter and flour. Pat into bottom of 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
  2. In bowl mix, cream cheese, cool whip and 1 cup powdered sugar, spread evenly on crust
  3. In medium saucepan mix undrained pineapple, 1 cup powdered sugar, corn starch and cook over medium heat until thick and glossy. Cool, Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  4. Chill at least 2 hours, store in fridge
