18 ounce(s) chocolate chips
1/2 pound(s) butter
2 cup(s) nuts
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 can evanporated milk
4 cup(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

"See's" Fudge Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine chocolate chips, butter, nut and vanilla.
  2. In large saucepan cook, milk, sugar, salt, stirring constantly to softball stage 226 degrees over medium heat.
  3. When at temperature immediately pour over choco chip mixture in bowl.
  4. Stir until mixture becomes stif, pour into greased 8x13 pan and cool well. Refridgerate 12 hours, it becomes creamier as it sits. Cut into small squares
