3 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 dash(es) salt
1 cup(s) nuts
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Festive Fudge Directions

  1. Line 8-9 inch square pan with wax paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with milk and salt in heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in nuts, if desired and vanilla.
  3. spread evenly into prepared pan
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper, cut into squares.
  5. A variation: Proceed as above, stir in 2/3 cup peanut butter chips in place of nuts. Melt 1 cup peanut butter chips with 1/2 cup whipping cream, stir until thick and smooth. Spread over fudge
