| 1 lemon cake mix, pudding in the mix |
| 16 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened |
| 1 cup(s) sour cream |
| 1/2 cup(s) sugar |
| 3 eggs, divided |
| 1/3 cup(s) oil |
Lemon Cheese Cake Directions
- Measure 1 cup of cake mix and set aside. Combine remaining cake mix with 1 egg and oil. press in the bottom of greased 13x9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
- Combine reserved cake mix, 2 eggs, cream cheese, sour cream and beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over crust, bake at 350 for 35 minutes longer.
- Cool
