Chocolate cake ice cream roll
We made tons of these to serve at a wedding reception. We used this recip but filled the rolls with several flavors of ice cream. It was a huge hit!

Chocolate cake ice cream roll Directions
- Heat oven to 350. Line a 15x10x1 pan with waxed paper, spray paper with cooking spray
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, set aside
- In mixer beat eggs 5 minutes, add sugar slowly, Mix in sour cream and vanilla, add dry ingredients, beating just until smooth
- Pour into prepared pan, spread out to the corners
- Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees
- Invert onto tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Carefully remove wax paper and roll up in towel for 10 minutes. Remove from towel and roll up in a
