6 to 8 sweet potatoes
3/4 cup(s) butter, divided
1 dash(es) cinnamon
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
16 ounce(s) bag, mini marshmallows
1/2 cup(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1 dash(es) cinnamon
1 cup(s) toasted pecans

Sweet Potatoes with Pecan Praline Streusel Directions

  1. Wash and skin potatoes, chop into large chunks
  2. boil potatoes until tender and mash
  3. stir in 1/4 cup butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and mini marshmallows to taste.
  4. Mix in a separate bowl, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and pecan, drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over mixture and stir to moisten, mixture should resemble chunky crumbs.
  5. pour potatoes mixture into casserole dish and cover with a thin layer of mini marshmallows.
  6. Top with pecan mixture, bake at 350 til hot or about 30 minutes
