6 to 8 sweet potatoes |
3/4 cup(s) butter, divided |
1 dash(es) cinnamon |
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
16 ounce(s) bag, mini marshmallows |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 dash(es) cinnamon |
1 cup(s) toasted pecans |
Sweet Potatoes with Pecan Praline Streusel Directions
- Wash and skin potatoes, chop into large chunks
- boil potatoes until tender and mash
- stir in 1/4 cup butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and mini marshmallows to taste.
- Mix in a separate bowl, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and pecan, drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over mixture and stir to moisten, mixture should resemble chunky crumbs.
- pour potatoes mixture into casserole dish and cover with a thin layer of mini marshmallows.
- Top with pecan mixture, bake at 350 til hot or about 30 minutes
