1/2 cup(s) liquid smoke |
1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) onion salt or powder |
Slow cooker Smoked Brisket Directions
- Place brisket on a large piece of foil. Sprinkle generously with 1/4 cup of liquid smoke and 1/2 tsp of all the spices. Wrap well and put into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 4-6 hours.
- slice brisket into thing slices. Serve warm with juices poured over slices
