1 pkg chicken thighs, bone in and skin on |
1/2 cup(s) soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
Emma's Chicken Directions
- I usually use a package of chicken thighs that has about a dozen in it so that's what this is based on.
- Place the thighs in a gallon size ziplock bag
- Mix together soy sauce and garlic powder and ginger and pour over chicken. Place in the fridge and marinate for up to 24 hours. You can do just a couple hours but at least all day or over night gives the best flavor.
- Remove chicken from bag, throw away the marinade. Grill over low heat until chicken is done.
