Tater Tot Potato Skins

We served these at a bridal shower and they were a big hit. They taste so good that no one believes they are this easy to make!

32 ounce(s) Tater tots
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1 cup(s) shredded cheese
1/2 cup(s) chives
1/2 cup(s) bacon

Tater Tot Potato Skins Directions

  1. Use the end of a large wooden spoon or your fingers, to push a thawed tater tot into a greased mini muffin pan
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on each tater tot
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly and tater tots are a little browned, about 10-15 min
  4. Serve with sour cream, bacon bits and chives on the side
  5. Now when we served them we put a drop of sour cream and a bit of bacon and green onion on each one so people could grab and go. They taste remarkably like a loaded baked
