1 cup(s) sugar
1 pound(s) cold butter, cubed

Scotch Shortbread Cookies Directions

  1. In a alrge bowl, combine flour and sugar. cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Knead dough until smooth, about 6-10 times.
  2. Pat dough into an ungreased 15x10x1 in baking pan. Pierce with a fork
  3. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. cut into 25 squares while still warm. Cool on a wire rack
