2 pkgs filo cups (15 in each pkg) |
1/2 cup(s) finely diced mushrooms |
1 pound(s) sausage |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
1/4 cup(s) finely diced onions |
Stuffed Mushroom Cups Directions
- Brown sausage over medium heat on the stove. About halfway through cooking add diced mushrooms and onions
- Turn off heat, add cream cheese to sausage mix, stirring until mixture is consistent throughout
- Stuff mixture into filo cups, filling as full as possible
- Place filled cups in baking dish, bake at 350, 15-20 min
- These can be refrigerated for several hours before baking
- This recipe can also be used for stuffed mushroom caps, just used the stems of the mushrooms finely diced and
