1 pound cake mix |
3 eggs |
2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted |
4 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
14 ounce(s) sweetened condensed milk |
16 ounce(s) can pumpkin |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) chopped nuts, optional |
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In large bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15x10 inch jellyroll pan.
- In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk, then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and salt, mix well. Pour over crust, sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool, Chill, cut into bars
- Store in fridge
