| 1 cup(s) whole wheat flour |
| 4 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 2 tablespoon(s) sugar or honey |
| 2/3 cup(s) non fat dry milk |
| 1 3/4 cup(s) water |
| 4 tablespoon(s) oil |
| 2 eggs |
Wheat Waffles Directions
- Mix dry ingredients, stir in remaining ingredients. Bake according to waffle iron directions.
- If you would like a lighter waffle, seperate eggs, stir egg yolks into batter and whip egg whites until peaked then fold into batter.
- This is good with syrup, great with honey butter, and excellent with whipped cream and peaches!
