1 lemon cake mix
2 pkg, 3.4 oz size, lemon flavor instant pudding
1 1/2 cup(s) cold milk
8 ounce(s) cool whip, thawed

Easy Lemon Cake Directions

  1. Mix cake as directed on package and bake. Bake in 2 round layer pans or a 13x9 inch pan
  2. Remove cake to wire rack and cool
  3. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 minutes, immediately spread over tops of cake layers
  4. If using 9 inch round, stack cakes, then spread cool whip over top of pudding. Store in fridge
