Perfect with the Malibu chicken recipe

This makes a good stick to your ribs casserole. If you don't like an ingredient, switch it out for something else, it's very veratile.

Kim makes these muffins for breakfast when she has a housefull. They are really tasty! She also makes them into mini muffins which are great for the little ones.
