If you make these twice as big as usual and add a scoop of chocolate ice cream between 2 of them you have a perfect ice cream sandwich!

These arent super sweet and arent your typical brownie. But if you want a real hit of chocolate this brownie is it!

I can this in 1/2 pints and give it away for Christmas with a loaf of fresh baked bread or a dozen rolls. Makes me very popular!
